Leanroll is made by MB Studio, Rambla de Prat 14, 2, 2, 08012 Barcelona, Spain ("we"). You can reach us at [email protected].
You get Leanroll from the App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app. These terms add to it. They cover Leanroll Pro and the cloud AI features. Where the two differ on those topics, these terms apply.
Without a plan, you can scan your library without limit, merge every exact duplicate, and remove a set number of items each day. Leanroll Pro removes the daily limit and includes cloud AI as described below. One plan covers iPhone, iPad and Mac on the same Apple Account.
Apple handles all payments, prices in your currency, taxes and refunds. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
A lifetime purchase includes:
After the 24 months, the on-device features stay exactly as they are. To keep using cloud AI, you pay as you go: you can buy AI credits or a subscription in the app, at the prices shown there at the time. Nothing is charged unless you choose to buy it.
Cloud AI runs on our servers and on third-party AI models, and every request costs us money. That's why it's limited in time for a one-time purchase, while features that run on your device are not.
The Privacy Policy explains what is sent when you use AI.
Leanroll works through Apple's Photos. It marks items for removal and waits for you to confirm. Items you delete go to Recently Deleted in Photos, where Photos keeps them for 30 days. With iCloud Photos on, a removal applies to all your devices. Please keep a backup of photos that matter to you.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live. If something we sell doesn't work as described, you're entitled to the remedies those laws give you.
We're responsible for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and as the law requires. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by services we don't control, such as Photos, iCloud or the App Store.
We may update these terms, for example when we add features. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and we'll say so in the app's release notes if a change matters to you. A change never reduces what you already paid for: a lifetime purchase keeps the terms that applied when you bought it, unless the new terms are better for you.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections of the law of your country, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
